THE PROCEDURE
- We send you a no-cost, no-obligation sample Photo ID badge in the post featuring your details, your logo, address, name, etc
- You confirm you are happy with the design, any colour, size or style font, we can make as many amendments as you need
- You collect your staff photos via camera, phone and send them to us via email or dropbox
- We crop the headshot from each photo
- Choose the details for each card
- Name, job title, expiry date, DBS number
- We input the details into a secure database and print the cards
ONGOING
- If an amendment is needed, name change, job title, we simply amend the database and print a new card, no minimum order.
- A Lost card, we reprint the card from the secure database, no minimum order
COSTS
- A one-off database set up fee of £40.00
- Each full-colour ID badge is £3.75
- Reverse ID card printing is £0.50
- Delivery is charged at cost
